Do I need to prepare anything before the workshop?

No preparation or prerequisites are required. Just bring your laptop — everything else is provided.

Who is this workshop designed for?

MedTech and healthcare professionals across all roles - R&D, product, clinical, regulatory, operations, engineering, or leadership. No technical background needed.

How does reimbursement work?

Massachusetts companies may qualify for up to 100% reimbursement through Express Training Grants: 1–50 MA-based W2 employees: up to 100% reimbursed; 51–100 MA-based W2 employees: up to 50% reimbursed. Your company pays for the workshop upfront and receives reimbursement after employee attendance is confirmed.

How does HR submit proof of attendance for reimbursement?

After the workshop we provide an attendance roster and individual certificates of completion. Your HR team uploads these to the Express Grant portal to trigger reimbursement.

Can I register even if my company is not eligible for reimbursement?

Absolutely. The workshop is open to all organizations. You can register directly through the standard checkout.

What is your refund policy?

100% refund before the registration deadline. 50% refund after the deadline. You can also transfer your seat to another employee at any time.
